James Blessing

We made the lovely drive to Loveland today for James' blessing. We almost didn't make it, because as we started out the roads were really bad, and it took us 10 minutes to make it a mile and we thought that we were going to miss it for sure.
As it turned out the roads were just really bad close to us and the farther we got away the better they became. So about 1 hour later we ventured out again and it was much better. We had a good visit and John was baptised later that afternoon too.
Here are some pictures from the day...sorry none of John, I kinda forgot to bring the camera in.

By the way, no I didn't have another child, that is Haley in my arms, Aubree's youngest.

More Birthday celebrations for Tori

We had the family birthday party today for all the kids/adults that had birthdays in October and November today. Tori loved her new Kitty piano Grandma and Grandpa got for her. She thinks it is the bomb, and it is really fun when it goes off at night playing all on its own or meowing.
Tori loves her new cousin James and now every time she sees a baby she calls them James. She loves touching him, and even will hold him if we will let her. Here are a couple of shots of her loving him.

Haley's Blessing

Today was Haley's blessing. It was wonderful to have the whole family together for that joyous event.
The whole family including the newest members including Haley born in August and James born in September.
The family keeps going and growing thanks to my sisters.
Here are all the Grandparents with the new baby.

It was great weather and so the kids all decided to go outside and sit in the swimming pool to enjoy their brunch.

Cute little Ellie set inside and ate with me. I love her little curls and she looks so much like her Mom did when she was a little girl.

It was a wonderful day and we all had so much fun with our family. I feel blessed that we get to see them so much.

A trip to Build A Bear

Today we took Tori to Build a Bear to build a bear with the money that Grandpa Dennis and Jeannie sent her for her birthday. She picked this dogie out right away and Chris tried to get her to look at others but she was set on this one.
She helped put the stuffing in it and here she is putting the heart in it.
Then she had to give her puppy an air bath. She even gave him a good scrub too.
She was pretty excited about her new puppy. Abby was even a good sport the entire time.
Then we went to get a doughnut. Abby enjoyed hers a lot...
and so did Tori.
