I am officially unemployed...as of 4:30 today. It was bitter sweet as I handed over my badge and RTD pass. Everyone in the room was happy that it was finally over and I think most of us were ready to move on.
I did get a little teary eyed as I said so long to friends, but know that this is a small world and we may see each other again.
As I rode home I again thought about all that had happened since I started there...
I met my husband, had 2 kids changed positions about 4 times and grew up a lot. It has been a long, but good 9 years and now I am ready to move on to new adventures.

More birthday party
Today was the official party for Abby's birthday with her friends. We started with some pizza which is always a a favorite for birthdays. The theme this year was your favorite character. We had princesses, spider man, superman, a pit crew member from cars, and a fairy.
Then we took pictures of all the kids and had every one make a picture frame with decorations of their choice. Here is everyone decorating their frames.

Happy 4th Birthday Abby
It was the big day...finally!!
Abby couldn't wait for her birthday to come. She has been talking about Chuck E. Cheese's for weeks. Today the big day came. When we picked her up she said, and I quote: "I asked who wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese with me for my birthday, and Skye (a girl at daycare) was all over it, then I told her just kidding".
I told her that was mean and she should be nicer to her friends. She said, oh it is okay, she knew I was kidding.
I have to say that the food had A LOT to be desired. However, the games made up for it. Here are Abby and Daddy having a race.

Tori also enjoyed racing her car, and may I say I have never seen so many crashes in such a short period of time.
The girls thought the Pizza was just fine...
The girls are too busy looking at Chuck E. doing his dance.
Nothing like a dance while you eat.
After we got done, we went home for cake a presents. I worked form home today, so I was able to throw together a cake. It only took about 3 times to get all the candles blown out.
Abby was again too busy eating cake to smile for the picture with me.
Tori, food, cake, need I say more?
Abby received a new Bell princess dress and a camera, both of which she was really happy about.
Over all it was a good birthday and Abby had a lot of fun today.

The first Gillmore Wedding
Today was the big day for Tyler and Brianna. We arrived early at the reception site early for a couple of family pictures. Then we got to hang out for a couple of hours before the wedding.
Here are a lot of the kids hanging out with Chris in the front room.
I talked Abby into not only doing her hair. It must have been a special occasion because she even let me put flowers in her hair.
Tori had just finished her lunch, I think I caught her by surprise.
Aunt Theresa looking cute, she was one of the bridesmaids.
Tori, hanging out waiting for the wedding to start.
The kids really liked the upstairs, Ellie was showing off for us.
The cake...I loved it, you can tell by all the pictures you took!!
Abby and Rachel, by the cake...
Grandma and Aubree's daughter Haley.
Auntie Theresa, Abby and Tori.
The bride, with her mother and father, pictures before the wedding.
After the ceremony here are Tyler and Brianna with my parents.

The Rehersal Dinner
Tyler and Brianna, their last single night, ahhh...
I should know by now when an event involves my family, it is bound to be running late...yet I continue with the hope that we will start on time. Therefore, I rushed home from work and off to the dinner. When Chris and I got there, I was sure we were at the wrong place, because we were about 10 minutes late and there was not 1 car we recognized. Well as it turns out, we were really an hour early because everyone else was late. When will I learn that I don't have to be on time, probably never, because there is always that hope that people will be on time.
When everyone else got there we enjoyed some wonderful food and some good laughs with the family.
Here are a couple of cute pictures from the night. Brianna and her baby sister Kyla.
